When you arrived in Yiwu, start your purchasing:

1. Guide you to visit the right product markets and visit all the shops one by one, or visit the good factories if necessary.
2. Translate and negotiate the prices between you and the suppliers.
3. Note down the order details such as: Item No., description, quantity, size, color, package details, cube meter, at the same time take the photos of the goods you have ordered.
4. Make order form for you to check the price, total amount, total cube meter.

After you complete Yiwu purchasing:

1. Place the orders which are with the product pictures to all the suppliers.
2. Follow every order to make sure the production will be completed according to our expected time. Report course to you step by step.
3. Free warehouse storage, we collect goods into our own warehouse and inspection the quantity and quality.
4. Distribute payment of the goods to your suppliers.
5. According to customer's request, book shipping space and arrange the shipment.
6. Prepare the export documents concerned to declare China Customs.
7. Make foreign country Import documents.
8. Send all necessary documents together with B/L by express deliver, for you to do the Customs Clearance.

We, if act as your export agent, it means you have an office in Yiwu. You may also send us enquiries, ask us questions, when you are not in Yiwu.

Payment

Most of shops do not accept USD, so you TT money to our account, we order goods from suppliers (same shops you visited, same price suppliers offer to you). You T/T 30% deposit to us because suppliers require deposit from us. After we collected goods, and make a sheet of Received Goods, you TT balance to us, then we pay money to suppliers, and arrange shipment, book container, and send full documents & B/L to you.

Collect Goods

We take samples when we go to market with you, we order goods according to samples, quantity, price that you talked with suppliers.
After about 7-20 days (it's according to production time), suppliers send goods to our warehouse, we check quality, quantity, packing (blistercard, how many pcs in ctn, condition of ctn, ship mark).
When we find something wrong, we will ask supplier to correct it.
We take photos, and make a list of Received Goods, then send the list and photos to you.

Inspect Goods

You must have some requirement with goods, like quality, color, thickness, size, packing, weight and so on.
We will open almost all ctns to check everything according to samples and your requirements.
If we find something wrong, we will ask supplier to correct it.

Load Goods

Usually you will ask us to load some goods to the front of container, middle of container and so on.
We will load goods according to your direction

Documents

We will prepare all documents, like Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, Form A, Certificate and so on.
